VAL THORENS
Based in Val Thorens, we are a small group who rent season apartments. With over 30 winter seasons done between us, we have great experience and know the resort inside out so are extremely well placed to offer you a fantastic service when it comes to finding your property.
We have lots of contacts so in addition to helping you find somewhere to stay for the season, we can help in trying to find work for those who are in need also (we of course cannot guarantee that there will be positions immediately available but would like to think that we could help most people have something in place in time for New Year).
We rent single beds which means you are guaranteed to have housemates in place but do not need to worry about finding them all! Rentals run from 20th November to early May and if you love skiing and mountain life, a season in Val Thorens is an absolute must!
APARTMENTS
Almost all of the apartments we deal with are located on the main strip in Val Thorens which is a hub of activity throughout the winter and therefore a great location for all seasonnaires. Aswell offering easy access to all of the goings on of the resort, the apartments also all offer fantastic access to the pistes.
When putting people together, we will match you together as best we can. After numerous seasons, we have become quite good and grouping people to ensure that you all get the most out of your season and have the best time possible during your time in Val Thorens. When applying, we also ask that you tell us a little about yourself so that we can find the best apartment for you. We cannot always promise that you will be with other people of the same nationality or gender but this is not always a bad thing and we have known many a wonderful friendship be made from meeting new people via Beds properties.
All properties are equipped with a fridge, hob and oven. Most of them have balconies, however, they will not all have individual ski lockers. Pillows and duvets will be provided upon your arrival – you will need just to bring your own bedding/covers.

ABOUT VAL THORENS
Val Thorens is part of the 3 Valleys, one of the biggest and most well connected ski areas in the world. The resort has an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, hotels and eateries along with numerous apartment blocks and chalets throughout.
As well as its fantastic ski domain, Val Thorens is well known for its great bars and après-ski activities. Most seasonnaires will work around the main strip within resort (known by locals as “la rue de la soif” – thirsty street!) and are mainly English, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Australian and French.
Not a huge skier? Val Thorens also has a huge sports centre with a spa/wellness area and swimming pool along with activities a plenty including yoga, hiking, snowmobiles, Nordic skiing…and much much more!
Val Thorens really does have something for everybody and is somewhere quite special to spend a winter season.
BOOKING
The apartments are 24 to 25 m² and typically furnished with two bunk beds and a sofa bed. You can choose whether to stay in an apartment with four or five people.
PAYMENT
The price for the 2025/2026 season is 3600 euros per person if five people share the apartment, and 4500 euros per person if four people share the apartment. A deposit of 600 euros per person is required, of which approximately 300 to 500 euros will be used for electricity, water, and heating during the season. Both water and electricity are expensive, so it is good to keep track of consumption. If the apartment is returned intact and without damage, the remaining deposit will be refunded in May, after the owners have settled the electricity, water, and heating costs.
