VAL THORENS
Based in Val Thorens, we are a small group who rent season apartments. With over 30 winter seasons done between us, we have great experience and know the resort inside out so are extremely well placed to offer you a fantastic service when it comes to finding your property.
We have lots of contacts so in addition to helping you find somewhere to stay for the season, we can help in trying to find work for those who are in need also (we of course cannot guarantee that there will be positions immediately available but would like to think that we could help most people have something in place in time for New Year).
We rent single beds which means you are guaranteed to have housemates in place but do not need to worry about finding them all! Rentals run from 20th November to early May and if you love skiing and mountain life, a season in Val Thorens is an absolute must!
APARTMENTS
Almost all of the apartments we deal with are located on the main strip in Val Thorens which is a hub of activity throughout the winter and therefore a great location for all seasonnaires. Aswell offering easy access to all of the goings on of the resort, the apartments also all offer fantastic access to the pistes.
When putting people together, we will match you together as best we can. After numerous seasons, we have become quite good and grouping people to ensure that you all get the most out of your season and have the best time possible during your time in Val Thorens. When applying, we also ask that you tell us a little about yourself so that we can find the best apartment for you. We cannot always promise that you will be with other people of the same nationality or gender but this is not always a bad thing and we have known many a wonderful friendship be made from meeting new people via Beds properties.
All properties are equipped with a fridge, hob and oven. Most of them have balconies, however, they will not all have individual ski lockers. Pillows and duvets will be provided upon your arrival – you will need just to bring your own bedding/covers.

ABOUT VAL THORENS
Val Thorens is part of the 3 Valleys, one of the biggest and most well connected ski areas in the world. The resort has an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, hotels and eateries along with numerous apartment blocks and chalets throughout.
As well as its fantastic ski domain, Val Thorens is well known for its great bars and après-ski activities. Most seasonnaires will work around the main strip within resort (known by locals as “la rue de la soif” – thirsty street!) and are mainly English, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Australian and French.
Not a huge skier? Val Thorens also has a huge sports centre with a spa/wellness area and swimming pool along with activities a plenty including yoga, hiking, snowmobiles, Nordic skiing…and much much more!
Val Thorens really does have something for everybody and is somewhere quite special to spend a winter season.
BOOKING
Each of the apartments measure approximately 24-25m² and will be equipped for four/five people to live together. They will usually include two bunkbeds and a foldout sofa bed also.
Every occupant will pay a deposit of 400€/500€ which will go towards paying bills for water, electricity and heating throughout the season. Most properties will use approximately 200€ per season (per person) and so assuming that there are no damages to be covered upon your departure, there will be a proportion of the deposit then returned depending on total energy consumption.
PAYMENT
The total price for the season is 2700/3250€. We request that an initial payment of 1000€ be made prior to collecting keys and the remainder can be paid in monthly instalments until the total balance has been paid (this must be paid in full before the end of the season).
We course understand that everybody may have different preferences when it comes to payment. Should you wish to transfer the rent in full in advance, this is of course not a problem – we are very flexible in terms of organising payment plans as suits you best so do not hesitate to email us should you have any queries with regards to this at all.
